High Performance Filtration
The Pars Regulator fiber element filter is equipped with a 5-micron, fiber surface-type element. The element has gaskets molded permanently to each end to prevent air bypass and make element servicing foolproof.
Air enters through the inlet port and flows through the whirl baffle the baffle mechanically separates most of the liquid and particulate contaminants before they reach the filter element. The air the flows through the filter element remaining particles larger than 5 microns are removed. Contaminants collected in the bowl can be easily expelled through the standard manual drain.

Automatic Lubrication
Air flows through automatic variable venturi between the inlet and outlet of the Pars Regulator Lubricator. The resulting higher velocity air creates a pressure slightly lower than the lubricator bowl. This pressure diffrence results in oil flow up a siphon tube past an adjustable oil feed and into the airflow. The high velocity air breaks the oil into a mist of microscopic droplets. The airflow carries this oil mist into the component requiring proper lubrication.
Once oil feed is set, the variable venturi maintains the set oil - to - air ratio, regardless of change of flow, with minimal pressure loss.
Pars Regulator lubricators include a standard sight dome where every drop of oil seen enters the downstream air.

For Consistent Air Pressure Control
Most air tools, motors and cylinders are rated at a constant pressure.
Air circuit control and instrumentation are additional applications requiring accurate pressure regulation in order to avoid machine malfunction and inefficient operation.
AR2003 regulator maintain a set secondary pressure level under varying conditions of flow supply pressure regardless of the demand flow rate, the quick response of this regulator consistenty provide an air supply within ±0.1 BAR of the nominal secondary setting.
Maximum input pressure 13 BAR Output pressure can be adjuste 0.5 to 8 BAR.
